Why
become an API VAR?
Document Imaging is one of the big buzzwords across many
industries today. IT Directors, department managers and
executives today all realize the challenge…and cost…of
the massive amounts of paper records, files and documents
generated in today’s business / accountability climate.
One study suggests that purchasing a document imaging system
to replace off line storage and retrieval systems is on
the top 5 “need to have” list of more than 60%
of CIO’s. The market is and will be a strong growth
market for years to come.
API’s
Optiview™and Optispool™ products are key tools
that will:
-
Improve
the quality of record-keeping systems
-
Decrease
the risk associated with documentation audits
-
Improve
the speed of accessing and retrieving records, files,
charts…virtually any kind of document
-
Increase
the overall office efficiency of your customer’s
office, department or practice
-
Give
VAR’s the ability to offer their customers another
high margin product, and open the possibility of new customers
in new markets because of the broad industry appeal of
API imaging products
-
Conform
to the user - Optiview is the most adaptable and attachable
document imaging product on the market! Whatever your
client’s existing repository of data is, Optiview
can probably attach files almost immediately…and
without custom programming! That will impress them immediately!
- User-friendly
point-and-click design
API’s
software systems are NOT shrink wrap packages. Customers
require installation, training, support and in many cases
customization of the software. All these are revenue opportunities
for VAR’s…in addition to the software licensing
revenue. We are not looking for organizations who don’t
want to be involved with customers any more than they have
to be. You’ll love working with the product and the
satisfaction your clients will get with it…but we’re
looking for VAR’s who will be local support and training
resources for their customers. If that sounds like you,
we’d like to talk to you.
Details
of the API VAR program
The essence of the VAR program is having trained regional
sales professionals supplement our direct sales force by
selling our products to their existing clients and other
clinics in their location. MediNotes currently sells and
generates leads nationally through exhibiting at medical
conferences, and discipline specific magazine advertising.
This allows a broad range of prospect interaction, but does
not allow API to conduct many demonstrations at a local
level.
Regional VAR's will first contact and demonstrate Optiview
to their existing client base, and then begin demonstrating
to other local physicians in their area.
