Hotline
support is a standard feature with API software.
Clients
can use hotline support for a broad range of subjects including
technical, administrative, user, and error questions, plus
any necessary retraining. When a customer places a call
to our hotline support their call is treated with the highest
of priorities. If a solution can not be found immediately
a client can be assured that finding a solution becomes
our top priority and will be dealt with in a prompt manner.
