Overview: The Inside Sales representative will make outbound calls using scripts, product knowledge and communications skills, to generate interest in API solutions. You will work cooperatively with other members of the sales team to prospect new customers, follow up on campaign & event leads and update/correct information in our Salesforce database.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls to try to start a relationship with a potential customer
• Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe API solutions, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
• Obtain customer information such as name, address, email, title and enter into Salesforce
• Gather and document information about the prospects needs & projects
• Enter your notes into our CRM Salesforce, including dates for follow up calls.
• Drive attendance to events & webinars
• Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.
