Overview: API is looking for people to start with Software Testing to learn our products, and grow into a Customer Service Representative that can help customers solve technical software issues. Updating Software Documentation will be required. IT Certification Training may be provided for employees that display the qualities that API is looking for.

Necessary Skills:

• Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts
• Candidates are expected to have basic knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (XP, 2003 Server, Windows 7, 2008 Server)
• Basic Microsoft SQL knowledge is a plus but not required.
• IT Certifications (MCP, MCTS, MCSA, MCSE, MCTIP, CompTIA) is a plus but not required.
• Ability to write technical software documentation using proper English language, grammar and easy to understand words that can be followed by basic end users.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
For the purposes of occasionally setting up hardware equipment moderate pulling, pushing, moving, assisting, and/or lifting of awkward weights up to 25 pounds is required.
