Agenda Maker is simply a software program designed to allow multiple people to collaborate on the creation and management of a complex agenda. One person (an administrator) is in charge of setting up the agenda outline while other users are given the ability to add to the agenda. All forms, staff reports, and back up materials can be attached to an agenda item using OptiView. Once an agenda item is created a review process is begun before the item can be officially added to an agenda. Once an agenda is completed the agenda administrator has the ability to create a hard copy, export to CD, or publish the finished agenda to the web.

Automating the agenda process dramatically improves efficiency, saves time, and money. Why track paper that can be lost on someone’s desk which can slow down the agenda process to a crawl?
