How can an ECM system manage both patient records EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and office documents?

By implementing an enterprise content management (ECM) solution Neighborly Care Network experienced the best of both worlds, incorporating enhanced efficiency and tangible cost-savings throughout their office.

Join us for this informative presentation featuring David Lind, CIO at Neighborly Care Network - a pioneer in elder care. Hear firsthand how he chose the right solution for his organization, what he learned during the process and the benefits of choosing an ECM solution for securely storing both their client's EMRs and their back office files.

Neighborly selected an Advanced Processing & Imaging (API) solution that included OptiView® ECM, OptiView Web™, and Form Processor™ with Fujitsu fi-6130 scanners because of the integration with CH Mack Q Continuum System™ for case management, Sage ABRA for human resources administration and the Microsoft Dynamics™ SL payroll and accounting system.
